Bought this sim upon arriving in London on November 1st. The guy added packs so I could use it in every country I travel to (I’m from Canada.) It’s now about to expire and I received a message saying “Your current SIM Local Pack ends in 7 days, so make sure you have £15.00 credit to renew your Pack. Top up in My EE at ee.co.uk/myee or call 150.” I added £15, so does this mean the expiry date is extended? And I can continue to use it in any country or is it only extended for the UK? I called the number on the card but the lady said someone will call me back tomorrow.
please can someone help me.. being without a phone unexpectedly in a foreign country is overwhelming

@Crebeccag93 : The packs on these EE PAYG SIMs are recurring packs ready to be bought out of your PAYG credit as soon as it is sufficient after your current pack expires. Now you've topped-up the necessary your next pack will start up as soon as your current pack expires.
These packs of allowance can be used anywhere in the UK & EU but not in countries outside the EU.
