EE just ate up my credit after bundle used up - no warning

What can I do ? Isn't there an online chat?

Obviously phone lines are super busy and engaged

Hi Leanne - my balance is now 35pence
So ee has basically run down my call credit on the bundle then gone through
my remaining balance charging me standard PAYG rates
without so much as telling me the pack credit was up ! Clever really
