Run out of credit during phone call, but have just topped up

I have just topped up £5 which gives me 250min. I have started to make a phone call and after 10min was cut off that i run out of credit. When I log in it says that I have £5.04 left. Please help

@Lucas2004 , @XRaySpeX Is a customer, so had done nothing, but I suspect it just took a while for the money to be in your account ready for use.
