Roaming in Switzerland not working on PAYG

Hi,

I have a PAYG SIM, which i have been using for some time and which is active. I bought a pack and topped up my account before flying to Switzerland. I got the text message from EE that I can use min, text and data in my allowance as in the UK

however, the roaming is NOT working. I checked all the settings, tried turning roaming on/off, restarted the phone, but nothing.

I logged into my EE account but there was no means of modifying any setting related to roaming. Can someone help?

@zubB1   Try a manual network search.  Setting>Mobile Data>Network Selection and turn off Automatic.    For you to receive that message means you have contacted to a roaming network or you wouldn’t have received that message.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have tried manual network selection: there are 3 available networks, but none works

I can see that I am connected and have 4G/3G signals. however, that is all I can do. I tried calling 150 and get the error that "calls are barred". I tried the SIM in a different phone, but face the same issue
