Roaming charges

I've added another SIM to my phone and got this text once it was activated.

My question is...Does my package include roaming charges?? Thanks

No, @TaffyClare . For PAYG there are now roaming charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU. If you opt to text neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & need to buy a small add-on for data.

So how do I put PAYG credit on my account to pay for it? As it's £0.00 at the moment cos I just paid the £15 ?

Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

So once I arrive in the isle of man I will get a text and then I need to credit my £10 roaming fee...Or do I need to do it before going?

You'll need to top-up before you buy the £10 roaming add-on.
