Roam abroad

Can I use the payg pay monthly pack (specifically the 15gb data, unlimited mins/texts a month pack) with the ‘Roam Abroad’ pass?? I’m going away next week to USA

@Joanne1307 No that’s for contract customers. You’ll need credit on your account to pay for calls/text and a data bundle to have data access. Your pack allowance doesn’t cover you while there.
Have a look at THIS and make sure you select PAYG.

Scroll to the bottom to see what data bundles are available for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Oh so I’m not able to get a pay monthly pack in the payg packs with roam abroad??

if I’m not where can I get a plan that works with the roam abroad add on, do you have a link to where I can buy them?

Hi @Joanne1307,

Yes, the Roam Abroad Pass is only for use with pay monthly contract plans.

You can view our pay monthly SIM only plans in our online shop.
