How can I get a replacement sim but keep the same number for a stolen mobile phone?

Thanks for coming to the community.

To report the SIM card as stolen, please call us on 07953 966 250, our mobile guides will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.

Welcome to the community,

You need to report this urgently to customer service, who will then send you out a replacement SIM card.

You can do this via the EE app or by logging into your account via the website, phoning customer service or by going into an EE high street store with photo ID.

Welcome to the community.

Please give us a call from another phone or through a VoIP service, such as Skype. If you're near an EE Store, you could pop in with photo ID for a replacement SIM.

@Ali345 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
