Renewing pack

I cannot see my how much left in pack. How much minutes, data and texts, I cannot see at all. Everything is 0,zero. And I did top up 20 pounds as usual but the difference was the date, I topped up before the due date. I hope there is no scam of something.

something is faulty no pack data is working period!

no allowances are showing all are zero.. I also renewed my pack early!

sure EE won't care if everyone renews there pack early they are coining it in!

my phone and my brothers are the same! (£15 pack both of them renewed today)

Same here. Renewed early as it said I had nothing left but just the same after.  Same on app & website.

The incorrect allowance balance on My EE has been reported to our support team.

To access your allowance information please text BALANCE to 150. You can also visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi for remaining data allowance.

@James_B I tried the URL you mentioned whilst connected to 4G but it just gives me a 403/Forbidden error.

All I can see from the app and from myaccount.ee.co.uk on a 4G connection is that I have a £10 pack. Anything beyond that is missing/0.

What response do you receive if you text BALANCE to 150?

@James_B Texting 150 gives me most of the info, just nothing about my 10% discount for paying by regular card payments.

As of this morning still neither the app or EE website give me any info.

This (the app & the myee website) is still an issue. Surely the problem isn't that difficult to fix? Having to keep texting to get my balances is getting a bit of a pain.
