@Nicola151 : Where are you trying to register it? Under your own contract MyEE?

If your own MyEE a/c is for contract no(s). you can't add a PAYG or Flex no. to it. They don't mix. You need to create a separate MyEE a/c for the PAYG or Flex no.

Exactly the same thing happening to me - we are both brand new to EE but it doesn't seem to want us to pay and join!

Hi @SamLKG,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Are you having problems registering for My EE?

Are you seeing a particular error message?

James

Hi James and thanks for responding. My son and I are both trying to move over to EE. I still have time left with my GiffGaff PAYG so we are just trying to set him up at the moment but I've created a my EE account now to try and solve the problem! He has set up a my EE account with no problems but it just won't accept my card as a payment to activate the subscription. He has got a PAC code from Giffgaff to transfer the number over, but not sure where that should happen in the process! Any help gratefully received as his PAYG runs out tomorrow!

@SamLKG Once he's received his SIM from EE, give his PAC from his current network to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
