Regarding my top up

I topped up today first time I wanted the £20 bundle I don't think it's gone on. I charge my phone number because I was in domestic violent realionship I rang ee and has the number turned of it was xxxxxxxxxxxxx I lost data on that ee told me I could get it all back but can't remember last time I topped it up jue to be beaten very bad from a previous boyfriend.. so I bought new sim today topped up just need some help please

I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can re-activate it for you, or pop into your nearest EE Store so they can try and help.
