EE refusal on PAYG remaining credit, has anybody else suffered from what is essentially theft of money by EE and managed to recover their money?
although not a large amount it is the principal of taking a sum of money and refusing 2 days after taking part of it to refund,
I have moved to O2 for £8.00 base 25Gb data ,unlimited talk and txt in the region of 40% cheaper than EE

Non-refundability of an offered payment is not theft. EE has never claimed to be the cheapest network, but national benchmarking surveys of the 4 MNO's are generally consistent in their results.

@David2312 You might want to read the T&Cs that you agreed to upon using the service provided. You can do that HERE if you wish. Point 3 is what you’ll be interested in. You also might want to look up the T&Cs of your new network provider. Just using the service means you agree to the T&Cs of that service provider.
