Refund

Hello, I would like to request a refund for my second EE top-up of £18, made on 11 September 2026.

I originally made a £20 payment on 10 September 2026. When I made the second payment of £18 the following day, I mistakenly believed that it would be saved and automatically applied to my plan for the following month.

However, I have now realised that this does not appear to be the case. My EE app currently shows no remaining credit, data or minutes.

I did not intend to purchase an additional package for the same month. I only wanted to pay in advance for the next month.

Would it be possible to refund the second payment of £18 to my original payment method? I would then purchase the appropriate package again when I need it next month.

I would really appreciate your understanding and assistance. Thank you very much.

@TianyiZhao : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

This public user discussion forum is not the place for getting refunds. PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable.
