Refund my unused top up

Hi, I would like to request a refund for several top-ups made on my account. I left the UK in May and only just realized that auto top-up has been active all this time.

I’ve just cancelled the future auto top-up, but I haven’t used the credit from the past few months at all.

Could you please help me process a refund for those unused top-ups?

There is no refunds for PAYG top-up payments.
