Refund credit

I want to get a credit right now. My SIM was only available for a month, but I charged it without knowing, so I can't use the credit. How can i this?

Pay as you go credit is not refundable. 

Have you moved to another EE number?

I have been in touch another person at your company and she told me she took action for i able to refund and it take 7 days. so i waiting that now.
