Recurring card payments

Hi all, Just after a bit of advice please ive got a activated plan at the moment and I stop the plan too and when I try to set up recurring payments it won't let me do it to set up payment though recurring for some reason.

@Stephevans677 : Text STOP PLAN to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack choose to pay for it by direct card payment with your new card.

So when I pay for a new plan it will be set up as im new to ee?

Not particularly! When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.
