Hi,
I cleared my bills and suspended my number in June because I went back home country, and now travel in US. I lost the prepared roaming phone on the way and want to activate this uk number roaming service. Is there anyway to do it remotely?
I mostly do things through in-store or calls/texts, and now I cannot text 150 or call the +44 7953966250 and +44 7953966150. Tried to link my sim card to my account but not working (see picture). Topped up 5 pounds but still fall to send150 messages.
Best wishes,
Cathy

@ks0675171 : What do you mean by suspending your no.? Am I to take it that you cancelled a contract & moved your no. to PAYG?
Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
