Re: payment history

Hi, I cannot find my billing history? The only thing close to it that I can find is the top up history, which only shows the past 90 days! I need to see the billing history for the past 12 months at least. Thank you!

Hi Leanne/ EE Support team - could you please inform how I could find my billing history, I have searched for it for over 2 hours now on both the app and the website (logged in). I don't understand why you make it so difficult. In my view the logical place for this would be in my profile, if in my profile there was a tab my payment settings. But I have looked all over and the closest thing I can find is a top up history - which only provides for the past 90- days. This though is not sufficient for my purposes.

Thanks.

@travelingSofia  Your not billed on PAYG so you don’t have a billing history.      If you require such information on how much you’ve topped up over the months then you top up and a shop and keep the receipt.

You won't have billing history on PAYG but you will have a usage history for the last 30 days.

In you online MyEE look at Home > View full usage > Your usage.

I don't have Pay As You Go! I have a monthly subscription pack, and it is set up so that the amount is charged every month to my card, but I only ever see the payment has been made on my card, and a text notification from EE saying it is about to be charged (and how much), but nothing that could be used as an bill/invoice.

A subscription pack is PAYG. You can stop it anytime at your whim. You are in the right Forum.

@travelingSofia   If your on a contact that contact is binding for 24 months and you receive a bill and you pay that within 7 days.  You’ll also see this on any credit rating site like Experian as failing to pay can affect your credit rating.

Sounds like you’ve setup a reoccurring payment for your PAYG packs.

Oh I see, I didn't realize until now that a subscription pack was the same as Pay as you go. In any case, I would really like to access the record of what has been charged (payment history) for each month, but it only lets me see for the past 90 days! I don't think it would be too much to ask for some kind of receipt of payment?! I have had the same plan for 2 years now.

Thank you for any advice.

@travelingSofia   If you’ve not charged your PAYG subscription then it’s the same cost over the last 2 years.  That hasn’t changed and your bank statements will show this as it’s a subscription pack.
