Hi, I cannot find my billing history? The only thing close to it that I can find is the top up history, which only shows the past 90 days! I need to see the billing history for the past 12 months at least. Thank you!

It is illegal to not provide receipts for payments made. How do we access receipts of our payments for our tax return?

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?

Pay as you go, however, that is irrelevant, you have taken money and are not providing any proof of that. As I mentioned it is illegal to take money and not provide a receipt or invoice. We need that proof so where do we get it?

@Innov8   If you sell a customer a product or a service, you need to give them an invoice (bill) by law if both you and the customer are registered for VAT (a business to business transaction). An invoice is not the same as a receipt, which is an acknowledgement of payment.

so are you VAT registered?

You need to provide receipts for proof of purchase. I am talking specifically about receipts.
