Re: pack error

I have been trying to restart my SIM and currently have no coverage. I have been getting the Prepaid Packs Error whenever I either try to apply the £15 credit on my account OR just try to pay again with my card. I cannot call because my SIM technically doesn't have any credit. What can I do?

@rla1980 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Is there anything that can be done or should I seek a refund and choose a new provider? Cheers!

Hi @rla1980,

Has it been a while since you last used the SIM card?

Yes, about 11 months.

@rla1980 : Your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation & then been deactivated after such a long time.

EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

OK, cool. So I've already topped up the SIM by £15. I've attempted calls and texts and none of them have gone through.
