Hi, 

following on from Jon’s reply I wondered if someone can help me? 

So I have received this message informing me I need to do a chargeable activity or will lose my phone number. However, due to being abroad for the last 6 months my phone will no longer allow me to make calls or texts. I can receive texts but am unable to respond. I therefore can only use my phone when on the internet. I wondered if there is a contact email address or WhatsApp number to speak to ee as my phone will not call them or if there is a trick to being able to send a text/call whilst abroad (Indonesia) .

@VJ27 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
