It’s been 4 days I can’t top up at all. EE app says ops something is wrong so what could be wrong I can’t understand guys. I have tried multiple ways but did not work.

If you can't do this through your online account/EE app, did you try the payment link as suggested?
If you're still getting errors when trying to Top up your pay as you go mobile, you'll need to call us directly, please.

I have a credit of 20 pound and I need to use this one.But they are saying you should use your card again for package.But I don't want so please tell me how can I use my remaining credit for package.

When you send us a text with AL to 150, does it confirm that you have the full £20 remaining?
Also have you tried either logging into your account, or sending a text with ALL PACKS to 150?

I'm disappointed to hear that you're still struggling to get this sorted though.
Have you ever tried using the anonymous top-up option that @XRaySpeX highlighted back in October?
This requires no log in, simply inputting your number, and can be found here:
