I’ve recently lost Signals on my EE Sim. Is there a way to recover the number? I don’t k know when I last topped up or did a chargeable action. I had Signals throughout except when I entered Saudi last week. This Pay As You Go Sim was purchased in December 2022. Thanks very much indeed.

If the SIM had entered hibernation, our Mobile Care team may be able to reactivate it, if you get in touch with them

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
