PAYG Subscription Pack

Seeknife
Explorer

I ordered a free sim which arrived today and I am currently trying to get my first subscription pack.

Essentially the setup says to register the number (which I've done) then head over to top up and buy a subscription pack, so I've topped up £10 for the pack I chose however when I use my credit to buy the pack, it doesn't use my credit AND my allowances aren't changing, why is that?

Message I am seeing is below:

"Thanks - you've purchased a new Subscription Pack

We've taken £0.00 from your credit to pay for the £10 Subscription Pack

You now have: £10.00 credit remaining"
