I have the £1 plan. Where can I find my free earned addons on the website? The App doesn't work at all (literally cannot load after log in), and there is a page somewhere on the website that has all my free addons, minutes, data, texts, but I can't locate it.

I'd recommend reaching out to our team so they can look into the trouble you're having using the app, and you should be able to see what you need moving forward.
