Hi, my ee account has stopped working and I’m abroad, recently topped up and now nothing seems a working properly. Nothing wrong with the phone, purely network issues. I’m a PAYG customer. Cannot call customer service even as the number and the option are not as suggested above.

Do you have an active subscription pack?

If yes, have you purchased the roaming pass to be able to use your services?

Yes, I do have an active pack and I have 20 days left of it. No, I have not purchased that as when I renewed my pack that was not needed!

As of June 6th 2023 pay as you go customers will need an active roaming pass on their account to be able to use their pack @Royiis

The passes are either £2.50 per day or £10 per week. 

If you manually disconnect or connect to another network and switch back this should prompt a welcome text with the information on how to purchase this.

Ok, but I was not notified/informed about this when I purchased my current pack. If you change anything you should also notify your customers.
