Actually, I don't need a kind of community for using a simple mobile. I need to get information on data balance and subscription pack updates. It's a little bit compulsory to get this information from this community. No more online customer services and now it's a conversation for a discussion instead.

Are you a pay as you go customer?
If yes, you can find your remaining data allowance by logging in to your EE account online or via the app.
You can also text BALANCE to 150.
For all available subscription packs you can text ALL PACKS to 150.

@kpoon009 : No, you can buy a pack just by using the Text Service from your device.
