I  am currently in America and also want to add data for when I get to London Heathrow. https://add-on.ee.co.uk/ doesn't work.

Hi, complete newbie here.  I am coming to the UK from the USA and have my EE sim and account.  I just add a GBP15 and the credit is in my account.   I am not able to text PACK15 to 150 because I am out of the country. Do I just have to wait until I land at Heathrow to get my GBP15 pack?

@MontanaProf : You may buy the pack from your online MyEE.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I feel that I have looked everywhere on myEE online and have not found a PACK15.  Where do I buy it? The only thing I've been able to find are the "EU and UK data" add-ons "calling abroad from the UK" add-on and "Roaming" add-on.

I am looking under "plans and subscriptions" but there are no plans!

Just three choices:

1) subscription packs

2) free boasts of data

3) add-ons

There is a "settings" option as well under "plans and subscriptions"

The "subscription packs " option says:

Choose a Subscription Pack

Pay for a Subscription Pack by direct card payments and you'll get a 10% discount. You'll also get a 500MB Free Boost for every two Subscription Packs you buy.

It should be in the 'add-ons' section, @MontanaProf

Chris

No, the Packs are not in the Add-ons section but in the Packs section, like this:Capture.JPG

@MontanaProf : Look at the Packs from the Menu of your online MyEE.

XRaySpeX, when I go to the exact place you are saying to go to, I get this...

I was able to get to where you were BEFORE I did a GBP15 topup, but as soon as I did the GBP15 topup I was unable to get to the "choose a subscription pack" that you are showing.

I am wondering if it's because I am in America, and EE doesn't want to show me the packs because they can't provision the service.  I might just have to wait until I land and HOPEFULLY I can text PACK15 to 150 and get the GBP15 pack.
