Calls barred

Ive just topped up my ee up and tried to make a call but says calls are barres, i cant even ring 150.

I have also had this problem? Changed from Pay Monthly to Pay as you go to keep my number… customer service said you need Tot try and make a call to a friend or family for the pay as you go to kick in.

calls do not go through as I get the “Calls from this number are barred” customer services still yet to solve the problem 😞

@Plainer : How about answering my Q to the OP? I suspect you are roaming & that is why you are having issues with your PAYG SIM.
