A few months ago I had a random £5 charge which I disputed and they said they had not charged...although it charged twice in my bank account.
Now I have a random £14.95 charge to my bank account from EE. I'm a pay as you go customer.
I use to have my card saved for auto £10 top up each month but now I have removed my card.
How is someone paying via my EE account without my permission?
Customer service have been useless.

Hi @Mjelly
If you have had a payment taken on your card, it may not have been through your own EE account.
If you give Customer Service a call on 150, our guides will be able to search for the payment that was made, either from the card or bank details, and find the actual EE account the payment was made for. And take any steps needed if there has been some sort of error.
