Funnily enough I signed up for 4g mobile broadband last week, and also had a £50 surprise charge added to my bill! Absolutely disgraceful. After a call to ee I was assured a refund had been issued to my bill as an 'international' charge had been added in error...I am yet to see this...
The more I read about bill errors with EE the more I am regretting ever signing up. I had previously been with Three and Vodafone and NEVER had random charges added to my bill in error.
