I recently started a new contract in which I pay for my phone usage (£30 p/m), my device (£31.94) and a monthly charge for my PS5 as a tech add on (£31.50).
However, on the first two months of this contract, I have been charged for two tech add ons, both £31.50 each. I did have some issues with the app when ordering my PS5. Is it possible that a duplicate charge has been added to my bill as a consequence of a glitch in the app when trying to place my order? I also had one PS5 come out for delivery, I was not in multiple times for failed deliveries, and the console was returned to sender. EE advised me I needed to order again - is it possible this reorder process has resulted in the duplicate tech add on? There are no other services I pay for which could fall under the tech add on umbrella, just my PS5.
Please advise.
