i have bought wrong puck and I want to change my puck immediately,how can i do this?

i mean I don’t want wait 30 days to continue another puck,please help me

@Yaphets   Customer services might be able to help you change the PACK if you call them. It can not be done from here as this is a public forum. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Which pack did you want & which pack did you buy by mistake?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
