Good evening.
I am on Pay As You Go Plan and my current pack is expiring soon. I would like to topup in advance with my UK visa debit card to avoid lost of signal when it expired.
However, I can neither find the "bills and payments" nor the "direct debit" button to link up my direct debit card for payment.
I appreciate your help. Thanks!

You're looking for contract things, not PAYG. In your online MyEE you need to go to Menu > Top-up.
Or try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
