Hello! Recently, I tried to top up my EE number with £5, but after topping up the balance of my non-contract EE number through one of the websites on the Internet, I received the following message:
Congrats!
Dial 150, select option 1 then 2 and enter PIN.
PIN: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
Amount: 5 GBP.
Thank you.
The problem is that I am currently in Ukraine, where I purchased and activated the EE SIM card in my phone. Because of this, I cannot contact the 150 number or enter the PIN.
Could you please advise me on what to do? Thank you.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
I'll try & help you all I can but don't think I'm EE. I'm just a user like you.

You can also text VO followed by the voucher number to 150 from the SIM if you can't make a call.
Are you currently getting any service on the SIM?

I am currently only receiving SMS from EE. Specifically the code to log in to the EE website and roaming rates. I am unable to send an SMS to 150 from an EE SIM card.

@Dmytro75 : Is that a top-up voucher code you bought from somebody else? You can only use it by texting 150 from the UK.

I tried to top up my number via https://mobilerecharge.com/ and after payment I received the above message with a PIN.
Am I correct in understanding that you will not be able to help me and I will lose my funds if I am not in the UK for the next 6 months?
Regarding future top up attempts: is there a way to successfully top up my EE number from Ukraine?
