Good morning! I am from Ukraine and in the last year I was in UK and used EE. I arrived to my homeland in October. In this year few days before I came in UK and pay top up for my tel number. I didn't can to choose pack in My EE app, I allways get mistakes or error. What is happen with my SIM? Who can help me with this

@Yanawweis your Sim card is gone into hibernation for lack of use you will need to call customer services to get it reactivated.
