Pre paid sim stop auto top up

Hey there,

I bought 2 prepaid sims to use whilst my partner and I were in the Uk and received a text about an auto renewal payment for the prepaid bundles we bought.

I don’t have access to the phone numbers anymore as we left the Uk and didn’t need them. How can I avoid the auto payment?

@Vonvonvon  just log into your bank account and remove the direct debit. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B : There are no DD's on PAYG. It'll be a recurring card payment.

@Vonvonvon : Login to your online MyEE & go to Menu > A/c Settings > Manage my Cards.
