Pre Pay Sim - pay monthly

Hello all,

I hope you're all well.

I just want to say that the way EE takes payment for pre-paid SIM cards is rubbish.  In this modern world, this modern day & age, it should be monthly, but it's not, it's every 30 days.  Therefore, by the end of a year I will have lost around 5 full days of usage, such as today.  I currently have no phone service because I get paid on the 30th, as I do each and every month, not every 30 days, but every month...!  Some might not care, others may not even notice, but I'm on sickness benefits & can't afford to sit on another £15 in readiness to pay my pre-pay SIM 1 day before getting paid.

I think it's about time that EE changed it to monthly & not every 30 days.

A good point! Many peeps still call it "monthly" even when it is actually 30-daily.
