Hello. I have a problem. in one period. in one month I bought a 2x package for 30f. unfortunately, after buying it, it did not extend the expiry date. I don't have any more GB data. is there a solution?

I have 30f on my account. package until 28/11. I did not get anything for topping up the package for 27f. I do not see a longer package date and I do not see more gb
