I cancelled the £10 payg pack and received a message from EE to say the pack would not be renewed. I have just topped up £15 to be able to buy the £15 pack as I need more data, yet £10 was automatically taken and the £10 pack I cancelled has renewed.
How do I stop this from happening again.
