Hi im currently abroad in Spain i have a pack and bought an add on for an extra 10 pounds so my pack can work here. I ran out of my pack. Topped up bought a pack again but it wont let me use my pack in spain. It says i cant buy the roameu7d add on because my current one is still active. How can i remove the current one and start it again

@mattdorts : If your 7-day EU roaming add-on hasn't expired you should be able to buy a pack & still use it under the existing 7-day roaming add-on.
Did you text NOW to 150 after buying the pack?

If you use up your allowance while abroad
If you use up any of your allowances while abroad, you can buy a new Subscription Pack. Check you have enough credit and then text NOW to 150. We’ll remove your current Subscription Pack and replace it with a new one.
