Hi, I have new sim card, never used before, still on package, never been activated before. It's quite long time, and I think already deactivated, or hibernation.

How can bring back that new number?

Is that possible or impossible?

I have tried to put at phone but signal already off, not showing anymore.

These PAYG SIMs do have a "Use By" date. It should be written on the packaging.

How long you've had it?

I had it more than 1 year I thought , I keep it. When I was bought no have paper outside showing expired date, maybe drop somewhere. Why I keep it because I love that number phone. Now I want to use it, is that possible or not?
