I have a payg wireless router and I cannot access my data usage or top up. I think ive run out of data but it's still on. How do I fix this so I can view my data usage and if required buy more. Thanks

Hi there, how do i set up my pay as you go Wi-Fi box to be able to top up ? I’m trying but it keeps asking for an account number which I don’t have

@Zo2012 : You wouldn't! An a/c no. is only needed for fixed Home BB. You have mobile BB & just need its mobile no. to set it up like a mobile phone.
Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
