Pay as you go sim

I want to set up a pay as you go phone and have put the sim in but now don't know what to do. I already have an EE account with another phone but cannot find anywhere on the website to activate the new sim and pay for it.

Is your other EE no. also on PAYG or on contract?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
