Hi,
I'm after receipts for my top-ups on my data only pay as you go sim.
I've seen the previous answers to this question but when I called customer services they said it couldn't be done. The support rep was transferred from sales 2 weeks ago so i suspect he just doesn't know how.
It's been more than a year since this questions been answered so i wanted to ask again before i ring for a third time and ask to be escalated.

Our pay as you go team have access to send a VAT receipt to you, if you give us a call the team can access your account and help you with your request.

Hi,
There is now option or whatsoever on 150 to contact the pay as you go team or any team as you advised above.
Please provide the correct answer to this question.

When calling 150, please select the options that are the closest match for your query to be connected with an advisor.

I have tried all of them and none of those options can lead me to the pay as you go team or a human contact or any solution for this.

That's great @sandornagy
If you select any option that isn't for self service (topping up, checking your balance etc.), you'll be connected with an advisor.
