I bought a £10 pay-as-you-go subscription and inserted the sim into my phone. My balance is £0, and I can’t make any calls. I already paid £10 when I bought the SIM card. Could you tell me what the reason is?

When did you buy this PAYG SIM? It might take 2 days for your pack to appear.

Please call our Customer Care team on 08009566000 from any other phone. A guide will check why your pack has not yet activated and correct this for you.
