Paid £18 to order a PAYG Sim

Ordered a payg sim with a 30 day rolling plan with no contract. Paid £18, got my sim card. Should have x amount of data with unlimited texts and calls. My app shows my data but says standard charges for texts and calls. Why do i have to top up again if i was already charged £18

Yes, you don't have a pack at the mo'. You probably only have the initial free small amount (50MB) of data. Give it 24 hours.
