Hello, I ran out of Data so I wanted to purchase more. The website was not super intuitive so I ended up buying a pack. Now I see that I have 2 packs in my subscription, but I want only one. How can I cancel one pack and keep the other. Also, when I subscribed to the new pack, why doesn't it begin immediately? It says 8 days to new subscription. I'm left with no Data and 2 packs for 8 days.

@RMan09   To purchase just data you can use THIS or you can do that from your EE account or via the app you don’t have to purchase a pack. 

   If you want to stop your current pack and start you new one now just text NOW to 150.  

Purchasing a pack doesn’t make it begin start the way as your packs last 30 days until it refreshes on your monthly cycle. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
