I am using a pay as you go SIM and have topped my phone up with £10 (I've been using a £10 pack for around a year now) and it told me the next day which was the day it was supposed to refresh, that I need data for my pack to refresh. I waited for the rest of the day and it didn't refresh. It is now the next day and it is still not refreshing. I've texted NOW to 150 and it tells me that I need to top up if I want a pack. Have tried most solutions I can find except for calling customer services. Any help?

@U8pa Have you just tried to simply restarting the device ?

Tried that a couple times, didn't work. Tried turning aeroplane mode off and on, didn't work. Tried texting NOW to 150, didn't work.

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150 and use the pack code you would like to activate to start the pack, does this work?

Wouldn't that remove all my boosts though? Anything else I can try? If not I'll have to do that

If you call us on 150 the team will check the pack for you and help you get this sorted without needing to select a new pack if you're pack is no longer showing when you text ALL PACKS to 150 @U8pa

@U8pa : You do not lose your free Boosts by switching from like to like packs.
