I've had my £10 pack for years and accumulated quite a lot of data boosts, I last topped up on the 21st October.
I just topped up today (1st Jan), that's not 90 days so I'm confused as to why it's telling me I don't have a pack when I text 150.
My credit is still there unused which is good, but I didn't want to need to buy a new pack I'd like to keep the one I was on.
Why has it seemingly been cancelled without my knowledge if 90 days hadn't passed yet?

If you're on a legacy pack, as I believe you were, & you don't let it auto renew (in Nov. I guess) you've lost it & cannot buy it again.
You'll need to switch to 1 of the current packs. You'll retain your existing Boosts. Text ALL PACKS to 150 & select one.

Ah ok, I didn't realise they'd changed the packs. Thank you!
