I used EE for a while and recently I realised I had no data. I looked at My EE and it said my payment didn't go through, and when I look at what happened it says they were unable to complete my request (this has happened for days)
Is there a way I can renew the pack now and what do I do?

You need to buy the pack before texting NOW. Text PACK10 to 150.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I had the £10/5GB pack
It said: Your current balance as of today 20:06 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee

You would need to add credit to your account to start the pack.
Once the account is in credit, please text NOW to 150.

I did this, but it kept saying I couldn't, despite having credit.
I got a 2GB add-on as I need to use it today but after that I don't know what to do.
